Dot hack gu aida

Unlike her game incarnation, in this event she acts more friendly towards Haseo. Determined to beat Haseo, she received a mail from an unknown sender, about an item that would make her character stronger. Later she met the person, but was throwaway character, who gave her the item. Bordeaux describes the item as a some sort of Healing Potion, that once used linked her real self to the character, as well driving her insane.

Bordeaux makes a brief appearance challenging Haseo to a fight from atop cliff before Kite violates the laws of perspective and sends her flying with his pinky. She also appears in one strip managing Canard's shop, trying to use the "hard to get" approach to attract customers and failing miserably. Humorously, the only person she seems to attract doing this is Kuhn.

He is rather successful in this and notes that while he was in school he was often surrounded by girls that were after his money.

Apparently, he is also the majority private stockholder of CC Corp stocks. Takumi enjoyed playing soccer, but suffered a broken knee in middle school, ending his hopes of going pro. He also states to follow a very balanced diet according to complete his calculated calories, as well getting nutrition from iron and calcium supplements.

He also goes to the gym at least three times a week, with a focus on hypoxic exercises. He hopes to one day take a vacation and cast off his material possessions for a while to keep in check with his humanity. Yata first appeared in Roots disguised as the PC Naobi. Following his successful capture of Ovan he abandoned that PC and returned to his form as the Administrator Yata.

He began studying the data inside of Ovan, but when he tried to unlock Ovan's left arm there was a system malfunction which gave Ovan the opportunity to escape.

Wanting to keep tabs on all those close to Ovan, Yata had his assistant Pi use some of her agents to pursue leads related to him. The most notable of which were the PCs Haseo and Tabby.

Yata himself began pursuing those who had been close to Ovan, including Phyllo but met with little success. He encountered a small problem when his old friend Tawaraya returned to The World as the character Tohta. But rather than seeking revenge, Tohta only asked that Yata help him remove some RMT real money traders from the game.

Yata helped Tohta with his plan, and told him that any debts owed to Tawaraya by Naobi were now paid. Yata continued to monitor the system for irregularities. He soon became aware that Haseo was an Epitaph User after he encountered a strange data anamoly in the Forest of Pain.

However the powers Haseo had gained inside the forest put him on a level far above any normal player, and Saburou was easily defeated.

Keeping a close eye on Haseo Yata watched as he stumbled into all sorts of dangerous situations, yet none of them were enough to awaken his Epitaph. After Kuhn's Epitaph suddenly awoke Yata had Pi contact him and invite him into Raven , the guild he had created specifically for Epitaph Users. Without warning Ovan returned to The World. Making contact with Haseo he ordered him to travel to Hulle Granz Cathedral.

Haseo attempted to fight Tri-Edge but was defeated and data drained. Ovan then reveals that he has been infected with the AIDA, and thus is the cause of this entire mess.

Ovan tries to attack Haseo and Atoli jumps in the way, taking the blow. Her data is destroyed, and Haseo has to re-live what happened to Shino in the past. Ovan traps Haseo in an alternate dream realm much like what happened with Atoli when a spirit of Atoli appears before Haseo, telling him to forgive himself and to release his hatred. Haseo is able to beat Ovan in this form after a massive avatar battle of Skeith vs Corbenik.

But, Haseo has one more thing he wants to do…like with himself and Atoli, it would seem that Ovan is trapped in his own mind, and can be saved if only by Haseo reminding him how much everyone cares for him. So, Haseo goes and rescues Ovan in order to fulfill a promise to Shino, realizing that Ovan never did any of the things he did out of spite or malice, but that he was a victim of the AIDA same as anyone else, and that Ovan just wanted to save his sister.

Atoli now restored uses her avatar powers to get Haseo to where Ovan is, and he is able to rescue his friend. The DVD comes with a few extras including all the promotional trailers, the art gallery containing concept art for the characters, a storyboard piece, and then the parody-mode which contains clips of the movies with with small edits and funny lines all non-canon.

They were interesting to watch and I got a good laugh out of it all. Also, I always love seeing the promotional trailers as well. While I actually loved the GU Trilogy movie, there were a lot of people that had complaints about the way it was executed. The movie took a lot of liberties when it came to certain areas of the film.

A lot of people complained of how much got cut from the movie because we only see a fraction of the avatar users, and a lot of characters essential in the GU games were left out. The movie cut out a lot of the filler and fat from the games and many fans were not happy with this fact. They said that this negatively impacted the pacing of the story and that they would have rather everything been included and then have the movie be over 2-hours long.

So while the GU Trilogy is supposed to relate to the GU games, many that are fans of the games say that the movie is not as faithful as it should be. There were also those who complained because the movie is subtitle only. I do feel like that is important information that should not have been overlooked. Strangely enough, I really liked the GU Trilogy. I loved that they kept things to-the-point.

It was nice to see him run through all these emotions rather than just be this edgy twin-blade that we see all the time in the manga. It was nice to see him grow. Obviously as a sucker and sap for romance and emotional plots, the part where Haseo goes to save Atoli was my favorite moment. I think that was one of the biggest parts of character growth and it was so beautifully put together. So far, this movie is truly my favorite out of anything GU-related that I have read or seen.

It is assumed that AIDA , being interested in humans, began to observe Endrance and eventually took the shape of a small cat that resembled Mia from The World R:1 in order to manipulate him. In the real world, Kaoru Ichihose, the player behind Endrance had owned a pet cat named "Mia". When Mia died, Endrance was heartbroken and fell into a depression. Featured Article.
