A lot of privacy, diversity, and beauty over on this side. Also Ventura Blvd is great to walk around. Far from the beach but close to all major freeways. Very clean! Although Ventura Blvd and freeway is quite packed during rush hours. Although my family lives on a hill which is not the safest to walk around because of the steepness and risk of cars, whenever we drive down to the flat neighborhoods it is so beautiful, breezy, and welcoming down there.
