It has trouble connecting to my Hotmail and MSN email accounts.

I tried uninstalling then reinstalling both Outlook and connector, but still have the same problem. I tried installing the Windows Live applications, including the email client. It took a while to get that working but once it did Outlook connected, until I rebooted. Then neither one of them would connect. I tinkered with Live mail again and finally got it to connect, and Outlook connected. After a reboot, neither worked again. Right now I have Live mail working but can't get Outlook to connect.

It looks to me that the Outlook Connector that came with Windows live is interfering with the operation of Outlook on the laptop.

Outlook works for a while, but then when we try to email a photo from Photo Gallery Outlook just stops working. It won't open at all. I uninstalled the connector program, I thought but Outlook is still failing and rebooting the laptop seems to be the only thing that works until it freezes again.

I have tried removing the Connector add-in from Outlook but I'm getting a "you don't have permission" message. This is my husband's laptop that he uses for business so we don't care about the connector on there. Is this the correct fix and if so, how do I change the permissions to allow me to remove the add-in? Or should I just reinstall Outlook? Or remove Windows Live and then try to manually reinstall without the connector program?
